Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily and general quality audits of station operations
  • Attend internal meetings and provide quality control support
  • Identify areas of work quality weaknesses and implement improvement steps
  • Analyze frequent mistakes and provide improvement solutions
  • Provide QA for new onboarding customers and existing customers
  • Maintain and update the CRM database
  • Investigate incidents and provide conclusions and solutions
  • Hold trainings and enforce SOP compliance
  • Simplify SOPs and general processes
  • Create detailed quality reports on daily operations
  • Perform other tasks as needed or requested

Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Possessing strong Integrity, Commitment, Adaptation, Respect and Excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and self-awareness skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy and changing workload
  • Results-oriented with a passion for improvement and innovation
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Ability to train new onboarding teammates
