- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Client Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and expand the client base.
Sales Performance
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track individual and team performance.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Market Expansion
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for potential expansion.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation and logistics or security solutions industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience.
- Knowledge of security and surveillance technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
