Truck Yard Incident caught on video – Damage Reporting

Description: While parking the truck the driver forgot to pull the handbrake. Our agent noticed the truck moving in real-time and used Voice-Down to warn the driver over the speakers to get back into the truck and stop it. The driver ran back into the truck and stopped it. The fence was damaged, but more serious damage or even a road accident was prevented. Our agent contacted the yard’s management and informed them of the incident. Later on, he sent them a written report with the footage.
